Ingredients

Instructions
- Season steak with salt and pepper and let sit at room temperature 10 minutes.
- Sear steak in a hot skillet 3–4 minutes per side for medium, then rest 5 minutes.
- In the same pan, melt butter and fry the eggs to your preference.
- Slice the steak against the grain and plate with the eggs.
