- 1 tsp5 ml garam masala
- 1/2 tsp2 ml turmeric
- 1 tbsp15 ml olive oil
Instructions
- Sauté onion, garlic, and ginger in olive oil 3 minutes.
- Stir in garam masala and turmeric.
- Add lentils, coconut milk, and broth; simmer 20 minutes until lentils are soft.
- Season and serve.
